Founded in 2008 by Elaine McLoughlin, KMF Construction has built a reputation for excellence in the construction industry. Licensed with both the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and the Department of Transportation (DOT), we proudly serve the Tri-State area as a trusted union subcontractor. CONCRETE

KMF specializes in all areas of concrete including but not limited to flatwork, self-leveling, stairs, sidewalks, isolation slabs and architectural concrete. With all work completed by in-house employees, KMF ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standards in regard to quality and safety.

MASONRY

Our masonry division has the ability to complete projects ranging from small patch and match projects to large new construction projects. We have teams of highly skilled masons that specialize in brick, block and stonework.

DRYWALL

KMF proudly provides carpentry services that specializes in drywall, acoustic ceilings, specialty ceilings, access flooring systems, and doors, frames and hardware installation.

FIREPROOFING

KMF is highly experienced in providing the installation and maintenance of spray-on fireproofing systems such as Monokote and Cafco. We are capable of fireproofing small, medium, and large projects with our variety of pumps and equipment.
